Having experienced strong growth in recent years, Propulso is looking for dynamic, experienced and creative Sales Account Manager to help us expand even faster and conquer new markets.
Mission
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for securing new clients within a specific territory (GTA) and business category. The successful candidate will also be expected to expand their client lists with a view to meeting departmental sales targets and growing company revenue.

- Base salary + commissions ($80,000 to $120,000 per year)

Responsibilities
- Identify business development opportunities, then organize and lead initial meetings.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives by growing even the smallest accounts and securing new clients.
- Unlock the long-term potential of recurring revenues by making optimal use of available digital tools.
- Market products and services through a variety of channels, including trade shows, sales calls and digital presentations.
- Promote the sale of new products as they are introduced to the market.
- Cultivate multi-level relationships with client organizations with a view to expanding opportunities for product positioning and use case development.
- Coordinate sales efforts with the management team by reviewing progress on your assigned list and discussing how sales activities are unfolding.
- Play an active role in securing and maintaining the trust of clients by developing strong, long-term relationships.

Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience selling technological products in large companies.
- Proven ability to influence clients and maintain their trust.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills with the ability to adapt them to client needs.
- Experience managing and closing complex sales solutions.
- Familiarity with sales management software (e.g., CRM, PLG).
Assets:
- Education: Bachelor degree preferred (Sales and Marketing or business related field)
- Experience in SaaS sales
- Training related to sales or business strategy development (e.g., Sandler, SOAR)
